Just so much inspiration out there

..Ive got to stop looking and get on with my work!!But, look at these...divine..and to think that Anne Garthwaite was doing this way back in the 1700's....such pretty colours - I will definitely be incorporating these into the new blocks I am carving.

James Leman - total inspiration

These designs (at the V&A) are unbelievably from the period 1706-1730.  I would say they were totally appropriate to today - 2012 - only 300ish years later!  They were designs for silk - amazing...James Leman

V&A Design exhibition

I was very lucky to go to the preview of the new Design Exhibition at the V&A.  Not only that, but we got a lovely dinner too and Sir Terence Conran made a short speech.  The V&A is amazing, a never ending source of inspiration and the fact that you can get in for free just makes it even more appealing.  Here are some gorgeous pictures that I have collected from their website http://www.vam.ac.uk/
